Beautiful new white cabinets along with white granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Light wood tile throughout the entire unit. Dining table has four chairs along with three bar stools at the breakfast bar. Master bedroom has white furniture with blue and green print linens, along with a large flat screen TV. For the Master bath, you have the white cabinets and counters continued with a beautiful glass walk-in shower. Second bedroom has different shades of blue print linens with a mounted flat screen TV also. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo with brand new cabinets and counter-tops. In the outside storage room the owner has put a beach cart for their guests to use. Snowbirds must rent for January and February to rent for the whole month of March.

  This was our 4th year in a row staying at Edgewater. While the unit was very clean, it was also the smallest one we've stayed in. The ceiling lights did not work in the guest room and the washer/dryer did not work well either. We had to dry things several times to get completely dry. The light by the front door was also out. The furniture was decent but the beds slept GREAT! The couches probably need to be either replaced or deep cleaned as they are somewhat stained. The unit was very clean which is very important to us.
