Welcome to Condo 811. This newly renovated 3-bedroom/3-bath condo features a private terrace with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico surrounding the condo. The condo features tile throughout, except for the bedrooms.
Extremely convenient to the 8th-floor elevator and ground-floor parking (Perfect for loading and unloading). Its location also offers a bit more privacy.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There is a safe for guest valuables. There are also hair dryers in all the bathrooms. Flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and the living room. No smoking and no pets. Snowbirds must rent for January and February to rent for the whole month of March.

    Just ok. Same problem as in previous years. They advertise 3 dvd players and none of them work. When you notify maintenance, they give you the old--"people take hookups. I have to drive across town to buy a new cable." This year we just borrowed a dvd player from our friends in another unit--a privately rented one. Kitchen is horribly stocked and cabinets falling down. SAD This has been my go-to place for YEARS. I will continue to stay there, but my daughter is looking for another place for our joint trip next year.
