  On the first night of arrival after a very long day’s driving, we discovered the master bed was completely broken down on one side. We had to sleep on the couch for 3 nights before it was finally repaired. The GFI switches kept kicking off causing cell phones not to charge because outlets weren’t working; not sure if it was due to the lamp with a short in it in the 2nd bedroom. Our sheets had sand on them day one. New ones were never brought to us after requesting. No bedspreads in either room, which was extremely dis-appealing for this type of complex. No one was monitoring the pool area. Small kids were playing in the hot tub with toys and wearing arm floaties. Vulgar language music was allowed to be played very loud. Trash was overflowing out of the trash cans because they had not been emptied from the day before. Mulch & mud from a rain was left around the pool to have to walk through for 2 days. It is very disheartening to see a place you love seem to be gradually going down hill. I hope if we do decide to stay again in the future, improvements will have been made.
